3 cups honeydew melon balls1 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed2 ripe peaches8 large frozen strawberries1 large frozen bananaapple juice as needed

| Instructions: |
| In a bowl, gently combine the melon balls, blueberries, and peaches, taking care not to smash the berries.
Place frozen strawberries and bananas seperately into a food processor or blender, adding juice as needed and blend to a smooth, icy cream.
Spoon frozen fruit sherbet over melon salad.
