Cupboard is your store for Local Grass-Fed Beef and other Local Farm Products. We features Local beef, poultry, pork and Grass Fed Bison from several ranches in the North Texas Area.

Understanding Grass Fed; Cattle and other ruminant animals were created to eat grass. Grass provides all they need for healthy production and growth. Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished beef is naturally high in Omega-3 fats. 

Grain Fed Cattle and other ruminant animals are less healthy, prone to overgrowth in dangerous bacteria in the digestive tract, and the Omega-3 content of the meat is severely diminished. replacing it with the already over abundant Omega-6 fats that humans overconsume in grain products already.

Grass Fed and Grass Finished Beef and other ruminant animal products also dramatically reduce the pollution and disease potential from overcrowding in feed lots.
